Yes, we are ISO 9001:2015 certificated! By definition, a norm that entitles multiple principles of quality management systems.

And we will beging the process to become GRS certificated very soon! Please check our Certifications page for more info.

We do work with certified suppliers and materials, such as OEKO-TEX, GOTS, Global Recycled Standard, and much, much more. As we source our materials from over Europe, we have a big flexibility, being able to research and propose options that have the certification you’re after. Please check our Certifications page for more info.

The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) is an international body that sets standards in different areas of knowledge, such as quality management systems. These standards are just global guidelines that reflect best practice, but they are not exactly a turnkey project. From customer focus to process approaches, through motivation and implication of top management, having this certificate will help us ensure that you as a customer get only consistent, good quality services and products.

There are no catalogues or price lists available, as we develop each garment for each specific project rather than having standard garments to pick and choose from. We cherish the uniqueness of each project, sourcing the materials, developing the patterns and samples according to the requirements of each development, creating something unique to each brand.

Of course! It is a matter of need rather than a possibility. The process of development is very important as it allows for us to test the construction of the garment and optimize it. If there are any issues, this is where they come up, rather than appearing in the middle of the production, having no solution then.  During the development of the styles, it is obligatory to make samples to test the pattern and check if everything is according to specifications, if it has the correct fit and if it corresponds to what was designed and intended. Only after the sample is approved can we move forward to the production of the style, with the guarantee that the garment works and eliminating problems that could delay the production.

We will need a mood board to work from. For us to be able to start the development stage, your mood board should include a few inspirations, fabric ideas and requirements, as well as colors, and key directions.

If you have the design already completed, we will require access to technical drawings and tech packs available. From there on, we will help you select final materials, providing you with options within the direction we are informed of. Together, we will assist you on taking final decisions on accessories and trims (e.g. elastics, labels, and such).

After we settle on fabrics and trims, we will move on to the pattern-making service and start developing the first samples. We will work together to achieve the perfect garment, through your feedback on the prototypes, so that we can make the necessary adjustments and achieve the final look. Once we reach that, and the sample is approved, it’s time to finish the development and pass it on to production.

Our minimums of production vary according to the type of project you want to develop. We have standard numbers but we always analyze each project individually and are able, sometimes, to be flexible.

If you have a sportswear brand, we will ask for 300 pieces per style/color.

If you have a swimwear brand, we will ask for 150 pieces per style/color.

If you have an underwear brand, we will ask for 300 pieces per style/color.

Absolutely! Throughout our website you will always find a button to get in touch with us! All you need to do is fill the form with some information so we are able to give you a quotation. If you prefer you can also send a direct email to sales@flmtextil.com

We will need to know the following: what type of product you want to produce; if you already have images or drawings of the design; if you have any idea of the type of material you would be interested in using; what would be the total volume of your project.

You are the key to the process of selecting materials, as we will follow your directions fabric-wise in other to source options and present them to you. We will, of course, offer our expertise and advise shall the idealized materials not be the best choice, helping you in this journey.  In the end, the decision is yours, what we do is to offer you options and guidance through our technical expertise and experience on the field.

Yes, we are able to make both all over printing and localized prints in several techniques. You can explain us the effect you’re after and we’ll certainly be able to propose the more suiting techniques to achieve the desired final look.

Gladly, we have the pleasure to work more and more with sustainable materials, from synthetics such as recycled polyamide or polyester to recycled natural and artificial fibres such as wool, cotton and viscose. We also work with fabrics made of modal, bamboo, organic cotton and hemp for example.

There is no evidence of a health benefit in wearing/using textiles made with organic cotton. However, there are significant differences between organic and conventional cotton when it comes to how the cotton is grown (without toxic or persistent chemicals) – which impacts our land, water and the farmers who grow the cotton.

All our materials are purchased to European suppliers which allow us to be sure we have means of proving it origins and have access to all certificates stating everything is produced according to the EU rules.

We offer the Services of Design and of Development. Within the Service of Design, we offer various possibilities, such as helping you in the construction of the garments and advice in its conception. We can also provide options for labeling, personalization, and more. As for the Service of Development, it is a service that covers all processes of the development, from the sourcing of the materials to the service of pattern making and sampling.

We produce 3 different categories of products.

Swimwear and Sportswear (for men and woman) are our key products and what we decided to specialize our internal production in.

We also produce Underwear, for men and woman, and some Cover Ups to complement the swimwear collections.
